Reiki Reflections

Each day, we have the opportunity to bring Reiki energy into our lives.  This beautiful healing force can become a part of our everyday activities.  Start and end each day in Gassho.  Recite the Reiki principles each morning and night to become mindful of their wisdom. 

This summer sees us facing great challenges to our beloved Mother Earth.  The Gulf oil spill continues to be at the forefront of environmental issues facing us.  The ramifications of this event will be felt in ways we have not yet begun to grasp.  Please consider, either individually or in groups, sending Reiki healing to the waters, the creatures that dwell there and those living in the area who have been profoundly affected by this event.
